Building Industry Employers of New York State ("BIE") has historically collaborated with industry partners for a wide variety of important issues relative to the construction industry. Below are just a few of those organizations which help BIE deliver services to construction employers across New York State.

BXNet — International association of construction industry association executives from Canada and the United States.
Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York — Legislative advocate for reforming New York Labor Laws 240/241, also known as the Scaffold Law.
Through these primary partners and others, BIE works behind the scenes in an effort to promote and support construction industry employers, project owners and the industry in general, while acting in the best interest of the citizens of New York.
